Here at the chalet we have a visitors book for all guests to leave comments, this comment was sent by email…’I just wanted to extend a big thank you for such great hospitality, doing my job I spend a lot of time in hotels and sometimes dread holidays as they remind me of work. However at the chalet I could want for nothing and felt totally relaxed, something I really appreciate. The food was excellent, the service was stomping and the chalet perfect.

GourmetSki Owners Richard and Fiona are delighted to have been awarded recognition of the eco ethics of the chalet, ranging from the eco-based conversion of the old farmhouse using natural products and leading-edge insulation, eco-friendly heating, low energy appliances, Method’s non-toxic cleaning products and comprehensive recycling policies.

Lamb Tagine with dates and pumpkin went down a storm this week, we served it with a lemon and mint couscous and flat breads. One for the regulars board!
